How are travel days counted?
Midnightly shows the counting method and sources for each supported rule.
Can I share my record?
Yes. Export an evidence pack when you choose to share it with an adviser.
Is Midnightly tax advice?
No. It is a planning and record-keeping tool.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions, choose Midnightly and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date or the end of a free trial. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
I bought a plan. How do I get it on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Midnightly › Settings or any upgrade screen, and tap Restore purchases.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone only. Midnightly has no account and no servers that receive your record. Export a CSV or PDF to keep a copy. See the Privacy Policy.
